Our standard recurring clean covers complete top-to-bottom maintenance: detailed dusting, surface sanitization, full kitchen wipe-downs (countertops, backsplash, exterior appliances, interior microwave), deep bathroom descaling and sanitizing, HEPA backpack vacuuming, and streak-free floor mopping.

For standard residential visits, our team scrubs and sanitizes your sink and will rinse or load a few courtesy items into an empty dishwasher. We ask that sinks be reasonably clear prior to arrival so we can sanitize the basin. Full dishwashing is available as an add-on, and is always included automatically in our short-term rental and cottage turnovers.

Standard upkeep excludes heavy furniture moving (>35 lbs), washing entire wall/ceiling surfaces, hazardous bio-cleanups, and deep interior appliance cleans (interior oven and fridge cleaning are available as separate add-ons).
